  • Links of a page must be structured in a way that facilitates navigating to other pages without using the browser’s back button.
  • Links inside content blocks should be easily recognizable.
  • Visited links should be differentiated from unvisited links, and active links.
  • Links should be accompanied by indicators, where needed, which would tell the user if clicking on the link would trigger a download, open a new window or navigate to another website.
