Customer feedback is one of the most important ways to measure the satisfaction. Customer feedback must always be gathered, logged, analyzed and acted upon. Customer feedback can be collected in various methods such as the availability of feedback forms, online polls, online surveys, etc.

Example:
In case many users are asking for the availability of a specific service, then implementing this service and making it available is of great value for maintaining the users and appreciating them.
