A webmaster profile must have the following characteristic:
- Computer literate
- Basic knowledge of editing software like MS Word/MS Excel
- Web literate
- HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
A developer profile must have the following characteristic:
- Have strong development background (Computer Science/Engineering)
- Have more than 2 years in advanced and proven development on the technology being used (ASP.NET, php, Sharepoint etc.)
- In case databases are used, have strong and proven experience in database concepts and implementation
