Management

  • The following section of the website must include detailed information of the management team of the concerned entity; it may comprise the following information:
    • Minister/Manager’s CV: Date and place of birth, education and related expertise
    • Minister/Manager’s Agenda: Dates and places of meeting alongside related subjects and progress concerning issues
    • Minister/Manager’s Team: Names, official titles and related expertise
    • Minister/Manager’s contacts: office location, telephone number, email, or any relevant means of communication
  • The above mentioned listing should indicate when the respective employee or manager was appointed to this position.
  • In general this section should be continuously revised to ensure that data and contact information are always up to date. This will allow the user to determine which department or manager or office to contact.
  • This section may include information about the previous management team of the concerned entity (e.g. a list of previous ministers with terms dates for ministries).

Structure

  • Departments: Names of the entity’s departments alongside the related services and responsibilities must be outlined in a clear and simple manner.
  • Who’s who: Names and titles of entities that report to a certain ministry or government body alongside areas of responsibility must be outlined.
    Example:
    The Ministry of Defense is responsible for the army.
  • A list of current and previous directors general for some key entities should be available.
