This section will provide the users of the government websites with a platform to give feedback as well as lodge complaints against any violations or oversights committed by the state employees, or suggestion to make better the site, or inquiries concerning information which are not present or accessible on the site.

• This section should give the user the option of remaining anonymous or provide contact information when they please.
• A disclaimer to this effect should be posted.
• The feedback platform may be provided to the entity in question through a box to be filled or email to be sent.
