URL-Ubiquity

Naturally, the government entity will at any time produce advertisements, press releases, tender notifications, etc. All this must clearly show the URL of the website, thus providing additional visibility and traffic to the website.
All government entity stationery consisting and not restricted to: letterheads, business cards, brochures, flyers and documents, such as the “annual report” etc. must display clearly the website URL as well as other relevant information.
The website URL must become a part of the mail signature for all the outgoing mails from the departments and its employees.
The website should also be promoted by link exchange with other government websites as well as other international websites where applicable.
