Breadcrumbs

All government websites must include on top of their pages a complete list of navigational links between the homepage and the current page, aiming at helping users understand their location on the website and navigate in the hierarchy without having to go through the menu navigation once again.
The first link should always read “Home”.

Example:

Home > About Us > The Minister > Minister’s Letter
Breadcrumbs should not be the sole indicator of user’s location, but a combination of breadcrumbs, visited/current link style, page title, etc.
