Lebanese government websites are expected to provide the audience with alternative feedback channels aiming at gathering the comments and requests from the general public whom in return should expect a timely and accurate response from the government administrators in charge. This basic principle of G2C interaction is commonly practiced in democratic systems. The basic guidelines for making websites responsive are specified in the Web Standards and Guidelines.
