Participation

Lebanese government websites should make use of new technologies to enable easier access and interaction with government information and processes aiming at providing the general public with new and enhanced opportunities to be informed and interact with the government. The entire general public must have a voice in decision-making; such broad participation is built on freedom of association and speech, as well as capacities to participate constructively.
